Angela Lee Jones

Angela Lee Glazebrook-Jones, 37 of Bloomington and formerly of Streator passed away Thursday evening (May 26^th) at her home.

A visitation will be held Friday from 11 – 1 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM at the funeral home with cremation rites following services.

Angie was born June 8, 1978 in Denver, CO to Richard and Sharon (Grace) Glazebrook.

Surviving are children Nicolas, Alex and Lucas Jones all of Bloomington, sisters, Shelli Smith of Chicago, Kelli Smith-Wenglewski of Ottawa, Annmarie (Ryan) McLain of Bloomington, brothers, Charles Jay (Kim) Smith of Streator, Alan (Emily) Glazebrook of Streator, Lee Glazebrook of Harvey and 12 nieces and nephews and 21 great-nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents Duane and Parilee Grace.

Angie graduated from Streator High School in 1996 and was employed at Owen’s Nursery in Bloomington.
