Betty L. Kendall

Betty L. Kendall, 78 of Streator passed away Monday morning (March 13, 2017) at her home.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 – 7 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be her sons, Ricky, Ron, David, Darrell, Duane, Curtis and Terry.

Betty was born on January 21, 1939 in Streator to Floyd and Goldie (Dodge) Leslie.  She married Brother J. Kendall on February 17, 1957.  He preceded her in death on June 23, 1999.

Surviving are sons, Ricky (Shelley) Kendall of San Antonio, TX, Ronald (Beth) Kendall of Streator, David Kendall of Streator, Darrell Kendall of Streator, Duane (Dawn) Kendall of Mendota, Curtis and Terry Kendall both of Streator, 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, brother Raymond Leslie of Streator, sisters Elinor Holcomb of Streator, Carolyn Kendall of Streator, Dorothy McDonald of Pontiac, Joan (David) Ostring of Streator and Donna Casey of Streator and several nieces and nephews.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters and 7 brothers.

She enjoyed sitting by the river and going camping.
