Clara Whittom

Clara B. Whittom, 71 of Streator passed away Sunday (October 10, 2021) at Heritage Health, Streator.

A visitation will be held Thursday from 4 - 6 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home with services following at 6 PM.

Clara was born on June 29, 1950 in Poplar Bluff, MO to Claudie and Wanda (Jones) Whittom.

Surviving is a son Andre Whittom of Streator, sister Patricia Lamagno of Streator, niece, Tonya (Jeff) Olson of Linden, IA, great-nephew, Ryan (Laci) Olson of Linden, IA and great-great nephew and niece Rowen and Renlee Olson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother James and a great-nephew Matthew Olson.

Clara attended the Dana and Woodland grade schools, Streator High School and IVCC. She was a member of the former First Church of God and was affiliated with the Central Church of Christ.  Clara was formerly employed with Kanthak House in Ottawa and formerly employed with Heritage Manor, Streator.
