Craig R. Applegate, 58 of Streator passed away Monday morning (Apr. 2, 2012) at his home.
A visitation will be held on Thursday from 11AM until 1PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Blackstone Cemetery.
Craig was born on December 12, 1953 in Streator, IL to Russell and Arlene (Reick) Applegate.
Surviving is his mother, Arlene Applegate of Streator.
He was preceded in death by his father, sister, Carol Jean Applegate in infancy, paternal and maternal grandparents, several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to St. Paul's Evangelical Church
