Parents, David and Florence (Pearson) Harte
Married Jean Gebhardt on Jan. 12, 1942. She passed away on September 17, 2007.
Surviving are:
Daughter, Carol (Merritt) Thompson - Earlville, IL
2 Grandchildren, Jeff Knoedler and Cheryl McMurren,
1 Great-Granddaughter, Ciera Yingling
Sister, Florence Lorraine (Howard) Eltrevoog - Ottawa, IL
Preceded in death by his wife, Brothers, Bill and Ed Harte, Sisters, Mildred
Lyle and Edna Harte in infancy.
He owned and operated the Harte's Gift Shop in Streator until 1997
Member of the Park Presbyterian Church, Streator
Attended Ottawa Grade Schools
