Dezmend William Alvarado

Dezmend William Alvarado, 6 months of Streator passed away Monday morning (May 29, 2023) at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. 

Cremation rites will be accorded. 

A celebration of life will be held on Monday from 1PM – 3PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.

Dezmend was born on November 23, 2022, in Pontiac to Fernando Alvarado and Izabella Vietti.  

Surviving is his mother, Izabella Vietti of Streator, father, Fernando Alvarado of Streator, maternal grandparents, William (Natalie) Vietti of Streator, Tracie Vietti of Streator, Daniel Jerde of Streator and Kelli (Steven) Hill of WI, paternal grandmother, Debbie Houch of Marseilles, and Marsha (Bob) Kolojay of Streator, maternal great grandfather, William Vietti, Sr. of Streator, maternal great grandmothers, Patricia Johnston of Streator and Marietta Jerde of Streator.

He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandfathers, Larry Jerde and Larry Johnston and uncle, Randal Johnston.

Dezmend enjoyed watching Goo Goo Gaga.  He was the most handsome blue-eyed baby and had the most contagious laugh.
