Donald "Don" H. Hoskins

Donald “Don” H. Hoskins, 83 of Streator passed away Sunday morning (Mar. 23) at Heritage Health in Streator.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-5PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 5PM at the funeral home.
Cremation rites will follow services.  
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery at a later date.
Don was born March 20, 1931 in Streator, Illinois to Lloyd and Eunice (Johnson) Hoskins.
He married Dolores Bruhns on August 16, 1969.  She survives.
Surviving are his wife, daughters, Rebecca (Dale) Hussemann of Hudson, IL and Cynthia Fouts of Indiana, 2 grandchildren, Jeanette and Scott Hussemann, brother, Robert “Bob” (Donna) Hoskins of Streator and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Eugene Hoskins.
Don was a mold maker at Owens Illinois Glass where he retired in June of 1987.  He attended Streator grade schools and graduated from Streator High School.  He was a member of the Streator Elks, Moose, and served as past president of the Eagles.
Don spent much leisure time at his cabin in Hayward, WI and retirement years in Arizona.
