Fannie B. Ott, 80 of Streator passed away Saturday morning (Dec. 28th) at her home.
A visitation will be held Thursday from 4 – 7PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Fannie was born on December 12, 1933 in Cullom, IL to Robert and Lilly (Franks) Byerley. She married Virgil Ott on February 1, 1972 he passed away on March 5, 1990.
Surviving is son; Michael J. Smith of Streator, step-sons; Richard Dale Pearce of Texas, Dale (Jan) Ott of Streator and Richard Ott, grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Anderson, James Jacob (Kristina) Smith and Michael Raymond Smith, five great-grandchildren, brother; Arthur Byerley of Minooka and sister; Annabell Goodson of Pomona, CA and many loving nieces and nephews.
Fannie is preceded in death by her parents, husband, step-son Duane Ott, brothers; James and Charles and sisters; Bertha Louise and Pearl Faye.
She graduated from Plainfield High School, a member of the First United Methodist Church and Streator American Legion Auxiliary and worked at the Streator American Legion.
Fannie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
