at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago
Visitation will be held Friday from 9 - 11AM
at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Streator
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM at the Church with Rev. Daniel Stalker and Pastor Carl Wiggins officiating
Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Streator
Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Donald Rhodes, Kenneth Renner, Karl Ickert, Lester Benstine, Bob Sauers, Carl Jenkins, Herb Holz, Henry E. and Richard Harms

Sister-in-law, Martha Harms - Streator
Brother-in-law, Karl (Rita) Ickert - Streator
Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Henry
Francis farmed the family farm until retirement and worked at Owens' Illinois Glass from 1960 until 1996 as supervisor in machine repair.
Member of the Livingston County Farm Bureau, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Thrivent Ramp Builders, and served many times on church council & committees, and helped head up St. Paul's annual Pancake/Sausage fund raiser, Community volunteer
He graduated from Woodland High School in 1960
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Central Illinois Down Syndrome Organization @ P.O. Box 595 Normal, IL 61761 or Good Samaritan Home, Flanagan
Francis' life dedication to helping and nurturing were his greatest joy. Most important to him were his wife, his children, his grandchildren, his church, and the land he loved. He will be greatly missed
