Garett Ray Towner

September 10, 1989 — December 17, 2020

Garett R. Towner, 31 of Sheriden passed away Thursday (Dec. 17, 2020) at the Aperion Health Care, Marseilles.

Following cremation a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Garett was born on September 10, 1989 in Jacksonville, FL to Derek and Tina (Broyles) Towner.

He is survived by his parents of Sheriden, brothers, Grant (Brittnay) Towner, Geordon Towner both of Sheriden, maternal grandmother Donna Retoff of Streator, nephews Braxton Towner and nieces Delilah and Iris Towner.

Garett is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Robert Retoff, paternal grandparents Orville :Hutch" Towner and Donna Wilkerson Towner.

Garett attended Serena grade school and high school and IVCC.

Memorials may be directed in his name to teh American Diabetes Foundation.
