Geraline "Gerry" Neighbor

Geraldine “Gerry†R. Neighbor, 91 of Streator passed away Wednesday afternoon (June 17th) at St. Mary’s Hospital.
A private family service will be held Monday at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Gerry was born on July 10, 1923 in Fort Wayne, IN. She married Leonard Neighbor on November 24, 1942. He passed away on July 22, 2004.
Surviving are daughters Sharon Walkey and Mary Lou (Robert) Anderson both of Streator, grandchildren Tim Novotney of Streator, Carol (Jeff) Mann of Yorkville, Cathy (Derek) Basina of Streator, Chris (Mark) Holocker of Streator, Jim (Trisha) Novotney of Streator, Brett (Rachel) Anderson of Chicago, Lindsay Anderson of Virginia Beach, VA, Leslie (Kevin Kuntz) Anderson of Ottawa and Bobby Anderson of Virginia Beach, VA, great-grandchildren, Hannah Novotney, Dillon Mann, Jake Holocker, Madelyn Basina, Laney Mann, Carter Novotney, Lilly Basina, Drew Novotney, Marleigh Holocker, Owen Basina and Kevin Kuntz.
Gerry is preceded in death by her husband and son-in-laws, Lee Walker and Jerry Novotney.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church.
She was a sweet, loving, lady and will be truly missed.
Memorials may be made to the Streatorland Historical Museum.
