Gina Marie Issa

Gina Marie Issa, 35 of Streator passed away Monday evening (February 25^th) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center following a brain aneurysm.

A visitation will be held Monday from 9:30 – 11 AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:30 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Church with Fr. Ryan Mattingly officiating.  Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Issa, Dan and Ben Antolik, Brad and John Kauth Jr, Curtis Kendall, Jonathan Arozamena and Peter Mata.

Gina was born on March 24, 1983 in Streator to William and Julie (Martin) Kauth.  She married Michael Issa on February 14, 2012.  He survives.

Also surviving are children Devin, Zachary and Isaiah Carvish, Amiyah and Giovanni Issa, her parents of Streator, brother Brad (Amber Foltin) Kauth and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents John and Eva Kauth and maternal grandfather Steve Martin.

Gina attended Streator Grade School and Streator High School and was of the catholic faith.
