Jack L. Elmore Jr, 63 of Streator passed away Friday afternoon (June 5th) at the Kindred Hospital, Peoria.
Following cremation, a visitation will be held Thursday from 4 – 6 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 6 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery at a later date.
Jack was born on March 22, 1952 in Streator to Jack and Edna (Pollett) Elmore Sr. He married Mary I. Pratt on July 9, 1993 she passed away on September 14, 2007.
Surviving are daughter Caitlin Elmore of Streator, step-daughter Patricia Cuzner of Streator, granddaughters Haylee and Alicia Elmore, sisters Pamela (Raymond) Boyles of Virginia Beach, VA, Colleen (Richard) Kennedy of Toluca, Renee (Greg) Spalding of Streator and several nieces and nephews.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
While serving in the US Navy he received his GED in Hawaii and attended IVCC in Certified Nurses Training and was formerly employed at Camelot Manor, Streator and the LaSalle County Nursing Home.
Memorials may be made to the family of Jack Elmore.
