Joanne M. McKenzie

Joanne M. McKenzie, 74 of Streator passed away Thursday (Jan.10th) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria surrounded by her loving family and will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Monday from 9-11AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held on Monday at 11:30AM at St. Michael the Archangel Church.
Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be sons, Dan, Todd, grandsons, Drew, and Isaac, and nephew, Chad Imhof.
Joanne was born on July 1, 1938 in Streator, IL to John and Helen (Gulvas) Bottino.
She married Robert McKenzie on August 16, 1958. He passed away November 12, 1995.
Surviving are sons, John “Jack†(Noni) McKenzie of Ellicott, CO, Dan (Angie) of Streator, and Todd (Lesley) McKenzie of Streator, 7 grandchildren, Drew, Amanda, Rachel, Megan, Isaac, Hannah, and Morgan, 2 great-grandchildren, Gavyn and Chayse, brother, Joe (Marilyn) Bottino of Streator, sisters, Mary Bailey of Streator, and Dianne Imhof of Bloomington, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, great-grandson, Logan, and sister in infancy, Rose.
Joanne was a homemaker and attended St. Stephen’s grade school and graduated from Streator High School in 1957.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church.
