Judith S. Beckman, 86 of Streator and formerly of Wenona passed away Saturday (February 8, 2025) at the Villas of Holly Brook.

A visitation will be held Friday from 9 – 11 a.m. at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. with Pastor John Gutz officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Wenona.

Judy was born on April 11, 1938, in Streator to Andrew and Sue (Bakalar) Gotch. She married Donald Beckman on October 29, 1960. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2013.

Surviving is son Doug Beckman of Wenona, granddaughter Destiny Evans, brothers, Dave (Pat) Gotch of Streator, Don (Betsy) Gotch of Florida and sister, Eileen (Jess) Kormas of Streator and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, son Craig and brothers Richard and Kenneth Gotch.

Judy graduated from Streator High School in 1956, she retired from Owens Illinois Glass and was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Memorials may be made in her name to either the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Foundation or to a charity of the donors Choice.
