Kathryn L. Cole, 66 of Cornell passed away Sunday evening (Oct. 30, 2011) at St. Mary's Hospital.
A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10-11AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Kathryn was born on March 12, 1945 in Streator, IL to Howard and Beatrice (Webb) Simons.
Surviving is son, Brian Hunter of Joliet, sisters, Karen (Dean) Bundy of Streator, Janice (Jack) Smith of Joliet, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, JoAnn Wilhelm.
Kathryn graduated from Streator High School in 1963. She ran Kathy's Cleaning Service, was of the Methodist faith and an avid animal lover.
Memorials may be directed to the LaSalle County Humane Society.
