Kathy Ann Martin, 44, of Streator passed away Thursday afternoon (Nov. 7th) at St. Mary’s Hospital.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9-11AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:30AM at Christ Episcopal Church in Streator.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Kathy was born on January 20, 1969, Frederick, Maryland to Jesse Thomas Shriner and Beverly J. VanWestenberg.
Surviving is her mother, Beverly J. Martin of Streator, adopted father, Donald Martin of Streator, sister, Angela Martin of Streator, brothers, John, Thomas, Phillip, and Paul Shriner all of PA.
Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Thomas Shriner, maternal grandparents, Walter and Vera VanWestenberg, and paternal grandparents, William and Minnie Martin.
She graduated from Streator High School in 1988 and was a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
Kathy was a very nice person. She loved her family and was a joy to everyone she met. She is now in the company of angels.
