Kent Alan Bogan, 63 of Streator passed away Friday evening (Oct. 21st) at St. Mary's Hospital.
Following cremation rites, Kents' wishes were to have a private family service. Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Kent was born on September 27, 1948 in Effingham, IL to Ralph and Nadine (Smith) Bogan. He married Cheri Bolin on July 1, 1966, she survives.
Also surviving are daughter, Kellie (Paul) Phillips of Olive Branch, MS, son, Shawn (Kristin) Bogan of Wentzville, MO, 8 grandchildren, Ralph (Sarah) Bogan, Cliff Bogan, Jonathan, Antonia, Jacob and Jenna Phillips, Tyler and Spencer Kelley, brother, Van (Glenda) Bogan of Winter Park, FL, sisters, Roberta (Bill) Wascher of TN, Cheryl (Tom) Bloemker of Effingham, Melissa (Steve) Ross of St. Paul, MN and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
