Larry Lee Oltman

Larry L. Oltman, 77 of Streator passed away Sunday evening (August 13, 2017) at his home.

Visitation will be Thursday (August 17, 2017) from 10 A.M. to Noon at the Winterrowd-Hagi Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be at Noon at the Funeral home with the Rev. Rodney Kreier officiating. Burial will be in Emery Green Cemetery, Streator.  Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.

Larry was born May 24, 1940 in Benson IL to Clarence D. and Waneta (Eve) Oltman. He married Patricia A. Geiger on April 4, 1959.  She survives.

Also surviving are 3 children; Michael Oltman of Streator, Curtis (Maureen) Oltman of Sydney OH, and Brenda Oltman of Streator, 4 grandchildren; Olivia, Trent, Travis and Troy Oltman, a brother; Terry (Angela) Oltman of Creve Coeur IL, and 2 brother in laws; Glen (Kathy) Geiger of St. Pete FL and Francis Geiger of Port Richey FL.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters; Betty Hankins and Bonnie Wallgren.

He was a self employed welder in the Steel Manufacturing business.  He belonged to the Streator Eagles Aeries 645 and the Streator Moose lodge 372.  His hobbies were hunting, fishing, wood carving and traveling all over the United States.
