Elliott W. Ratliff, 41 of Streator passed away Saturday (April 2nd) in Loda, IL.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:30PM-7PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home with a prayer service at 4:30PM.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:30AM at St. Michael the Archangel Church.
Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery.
Elliott was born on November 2, 1969 to Marcus and Yvonne (Elias) Ratliff.
Surviving are his children, Matthew and Kayla, mother, Yvonne Ratliff of Streator, sister, Laura (Keven) Rodrick of E. Peoria, brothers, Jeff Ratliff of Orlando, FL, and Mark and Eric Ratliff both of Streator, nieces, Amanda Rodrick and Christy Ratliff, and nephew, Keven Rodrick.
He was preceded in death by his father Marcus Ratliff.
Elliott attended St. Michael the Archangel Church, St. Stephen's grade school and Streator High School.
Memorials may be directed to The National Alliance of the Mentally Ill.
