Marge E. Geiger

Marge E. Geiger, 74 of Streator passed away Saturday morning (Oct. 5th) at St. Mary's Hospital.
A visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 - 7PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be grandson Nick Kmetz, nephews, Spencer and Dan McDonald, Clyde Baker, Mike and Rick Cagley. Honorary pallbearers will be nieces, Sue Baker, Brenda Callahan, Becky Jennings, Bonny Goplin, and Kayla Zadkovich.
Marge was born on February 9, 1939 in Odell to Henry and Bernice (Harsted) Cagley. She married Harry Geiger on March 2, 1957, he survives.
Also surviving is daughter; Julie Geiger of Streator, grandchildren; Michelle Kmetz, Katherine Kmetz and Nicholas Kmetz, great-granddaughter; Mackenzie, brother; Merle (Wanda) Cagley of Gardner, sisters; Marcella (Don) Janney of Ft. Myers, FL, Rose (Ted) McDonald of Streator, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, nephew, William Cagley.
Marge attended Greely Grade School and Streator High School. She retired from Owens Illinois Glass, and she and her husband are members of the Marshall County Sportsman's Club.
Memorials may be directed to the American Pancreatic Association.
