Maria Graciela Alvarado

Maria Graciela Alvarado, 73 of Streator passed away Sunday (December 6^th) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

A visitation will be held Thursday (December 10^th) from 5 – 7 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be said Friday (December 11^th) at 9:30 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Church.  Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Maria was born on September 22, 1942 in Laredo, TX to Sabas and Maria “Santitos” (Menchaca) Guajardo.  She married Elidia Alvarado in December of 1964.  He survives.

Also surviving are children, Maria Graciela (Victor) Garcia of Streator, James Alvarado of Joliet, Veronica Wilkinson of Streator and Michael (Damaris) Alvardo of Streator, 12 grandchildren, sisters, Manuelita Hilda Guajardo, Louides Caballero, Rosalinda Lopez, Nydia Elva Hinojosa and Teresa Galon,  brothers, Sabos Guajardo Jr., Jose Chema Guajardo and Jose Bulmaro Guajardo.
