Milford H. Davis

Milford H. Davis, 91 of Streator, passed away Friday (Dec. 18th ) at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Streator.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 9-11AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home, Streator. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 11AM at the funeral home with Pastor Bryce Hays officiating. Burial will be in Long Point Cemetery.

Born, October 14, 1918 in Odell, IL to Clyde and Ethel (Stogdill) Davis.

Married Mary Conrad on June 8, 1937. She survives.

Also surviving is daughter, Carol (John) Thompson, Warrenville, IL, Sons, Greg Davis, Streator, and Harold (Jacquelyn) Conrad, Sugar Grove, Brother, Theodore Davis, Streator, 2 Grandchildren, Mark (Sarah) Thompson, Oswego, and Paula Halava, Belvidere, IL, 5 Great-Grandchildren, And 1 Great-Great-Grandson.

He was preceded in death by his Granddaughter, Jami Barberis.

Attended Long Point Grade Schools and graduated Long Point High School. He was a grain farmer in the rural Blackstone area. At one time he owned an egg business in Blackstone.

Member of First United Methodist Church, Streator.
