Nicole P. McKinney

Nicole P. McKinney, 20 of Dana passed away Tuesday morning (February 1, 2022) at the OSF Center for Health, Streator

A visitation will be held Saturday (Feb. 12^th) from 10 am until 1 pm at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 1 pm at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Dana Cemetery.

Nicole was born on December 15, 2001, in Streator to Robert E. and Amy (Smith) McKinney.

She is survived by her father Robert of Streator, her mother Amy (Don Ragusa) McKinney of Dana, brother, Robert (Jade Burton) McKinney of Oglesby, sisters, Jennifer McKinney of Streator, Haley (Robert) Jensen of Wenona and Sara (Lance Dodge) McKinney of Streator, 11 nieces and nephews. Maternal grandmother Patricia Smith of Dana and her significant other Kenton Castrejon of Dana.

Nicole is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Gene Smith and her paternal grandparents Robert and Barbara McKinney.

Nicole graduated from Fieldcrest High School in 2020.  She loved being involved with nature, animals, music, martial arts and her favorite hobby was helping other people.
