Norma Jean Vice

Norma J. Vice, 59 of Streator passed away Wednesday evening (December 6, 2023) at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield.

Per her request cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no services.  The Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Norma was born on May 9, 1964, in Streator to Norman E. and Sharon L. (King) Bellis.  She married Donald Vice Jr on August 24, 1984.  He survives.

Also surviving are Donald Vice III of Streator, Jessica (Tyson) Buckner of Arizona, Angela Vice and Ashley (Devarryl) Bosby both of Pontiac, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, sisters, Tammy (Richard) Erps of Streator and Virginia (Bill) Law of Tennessee, sisters in law, Penny Vice of Florida, Vickey Vice of Florida, and Tammy Vice of Streator, brothers-in-law, Tim Vice of Kansas, Matthew Vice of Colorado, Bill Bryant of Kansas, Daniel Matzen of Morris and Jerry Vice of Missouri and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Norma attended Streator Grade Schools and Streator High School. 

Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation or American Lung Association.
