Phillip E. Robertson, 77, of Streator, passed away Tuesday, (Aug. 27, 2013) at St. Mary's Hospital.
Phillip was born August 2, 1936 in Jacksonville, IL to William H. and Mary Ellen (Winner) Robertson. He married Barbara G. Spampanato on Aug. 22, 1963. She passed away September 29, 2012.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Private family services will be held at a later date. Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are his children, Alecia Robertson, of Streator, Victoria (William) Arnold, of Ottawa, Kevin (Kim)Robertson, of Streator, Michelle Robertson, of Streator, IL, and Amanda (Ramon) Garcia, of Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Dustin Robertson, Adam Robertson, Travis Robertson, Kevin Robertson Jr., Kiley Robertson, Kurtous Robertson, Khali Robertson, Zacharry Robertson, Dylan Robertson, Thomas Snell, Darren Snell, Amber Arnold, Tyler Arnold, Antonio Garcia, Christopher Garcia, Abigail Garcia and Ashley Garcia; 27 great-grandchildren; 1 sister and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.
He served in the Army during the Korean War.
