Ralph M. Walker, 67 of Ottawa passed away Thursday morning (Nov. 15th) at his home.
A visitation will be held on Monday from 3-7PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home with full military honors conducted by members of the Streator VFW & American Legion at 7PM
Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memorial Cemetery in Springfield, IL.
Ralph was born on September 30, 1945 in Streator to Ralph and Janet (Flavell) Walker Sr.
Surviving is daughter, Shawn (Mike) Cates and grandson, Bryce Cates both of Streator.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Ralph was a Veteran of the US Army 1st Calvary during Vietnam from 1964 till 1966. He retired from GE Plastics in Ottawa, was currently a security guard for GE Plastics, a member of the Streator VFW Post 1492, Streator Masonic Lodge and attended Streator Grade Schools and High School.
Ralph was a contributor of the Illinois Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Springfield. Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Fund.
