He passed away Sunday (Jun 21st) at his home.
A Visitation will be 4-7PM Friday (June 26)
at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Services will be held 10AM Saturday (June 27)
at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery in rural Streator w/ flag folding ceremonies being conducted by the Streator American Legion and Streator VFW.
Pallbearers will be Paul Strodtman, Lee Cooper, Pat Studnicki, Danny Harcar, Thad, Todd, and Shane Spellious. Honorary pallbearer will be Bob Voytko.
He was born August 11, 1934 in Streator to Jules and Betty (Bales) Strodtman.
Married Betty Council on July 21, 1958, she passed away Nov. 12, 2002
Surviving are Daughter, Debra (Scott) Brdar of Naperville, 5 grandchildren, Kylie, Skyler, Dakota, Gage, and Paxtyn Brdar.
He was preceded in death by parents, wife, and sister, Betty Helms.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He retired from the Ford Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights, IL
