Robert John Krocker

Robert John Krocker beloved husband, father and grandfather, 72 of Wenona was called home Saturday morning (November 26, 2016) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. 

A visitation will be held Tuesday from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Services will be Tuesday at 12:30 PM at the funeral home with Major Kay Mills officiating.  Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Burial will be at a later date in Hillcrest Memorial Park.  Honorary pallbearers will be; Robin Krocker, Sam Krocker, Mike Bailey, Tim Girard, Robert Bailey and Gerald Dummitt.

Robert was born January 11, 1944 in Streator to Joseph and Hilda (Gregorich) Krocker.  He married Patricia Ann Bailey on May 27, 1970. She survives.

Also surviving are three children, Robin (Amanda) Krocker of Wenona, Amber (Gerald) Dummitt of Ottawa and Autumn Junk of Minnesota.  Three grandsons: Samuel and Joshua Krocker of Wenona and Matthew Dummitt of Ottawa who were the end all and be all to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother; Ronald Krocker. 

He retired from Thatcher Glass after 30 years of service.  He loved the Lord with all his heart, tinkering, collecting antiques, fishing and above all being with his family. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
