Robert G. Swanson, 72 of Grand Ridge passed away Thursday morning (Jan. 17th) at his home.
Following cremation, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Grand Ridge Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
Robert was born August 14, 1940 in Chicago, IL to George and Marie (Roosevall) Swanson.
He married Maureen Dickie in 1987. She survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Chris, Cindy and Lisa, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, brother, Bill (Sandy) Swanson of Ottawa, and sister, Beverly (Walter) Johnson of Leesburg, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Robert retired from Altom Transport in Chicago.
