Sandra Lee Baker

Sandra L. Baker, 74 of Streator passed away Friday (January 10, 2020) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

A visitation will be held Thursday from 10 – 12noon at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Cremation rites will follow the visitation.

Sandra was born on September 16, 1945 in Streator to Leonard and Loretta (Bailey) Melrose.  She married Glenn Baker in June of 1978.  He survives.

Also surviving are daughters; Dawn Fulcher of Virginia Beach, VA, Theresa Kmetz of Lakeland, FL, Sandra L. Purcel of Casey, IL and Sheila Goluba of Seneca, son Thomas Kmetz Jr of Streator, 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, brothers; Don (Lauren) Melrose, Spencer, Terry and Dale (Sue) Melrose all of Streator, sisters; Carol (David) Antolik of Pontiac and Virginia Phillips of Cullom and several nieces and nephews.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, granddaughters Sarah Thompson and Ashley Goluba, sisters Gloria North, Christine Vidergar, Mona Eutsey and Jonny Schlicker.

Memorials may be made to either the American Cancer Society or to her family.
