Sandra K. Bohannon, 52, of Streator passed away Sunday evening (April 29th) at the Asta Care Center in Toluca.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on May 31, 1959 in Streator, IL to John and Bernice (Solomon) Vega.
Sandra married Harry Bohannon on September 7, 1989. He survives.
Surviving is son, Justin Bohannon of Phoenix, AZ, brothers, Daniel Vega of Tacoma, WA, and Michael (Monica Anderson) Vega of Streator, sisters, Patricia Melvin and Susan (Mark) Duffield both of Streator, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Ronald, and maternal grandmother, Fern Hau.
She worked as a CNA at Camelot Manor for several years and bartended at Monroe Tap.
Sandra attended Streator High School.
