Sarah R. LePard

Sarah R. LePard, 71 of Streator passed away Sunday (March 19, 2023) at her home, peacefully surrounded by her loved ones.

Following cremation, a visitation will be held Monday (March 27^th) from 5 – 7 PM with a time of remembrance at 7 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.

Sarah was born on August 17, 1951 in Streator to Edward J. and Barbara A. (Reeser) LePard.

Surviving are children, John W. (Renee) Harlan of Ottawa, Jason C. (Jamie) Harlan and daughter in law (Gabrielle Pollock) and Jillian Adams all of Streator, grandchildren, Tanner and Leigha Gammie and Marlena Vacca, brother Edward LePard of S.  Carolina and sister Sally Wissen of Louisville, KY and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister Linda Carter.

Sarah attended Streator grade schools and graduated from Streator High School in 1969, she attended IVCC.  She retired from the Streator Child Development Center after 40 years.  Sarah was an avid Chicago White Sox and Green Bay Packers fan.  She enjoyed crocheting, gaming, taking care of children and her husky granddaughter Unabell.

In honor of Sarah, the family requests guest to wear their favorite sports attire.

Memorials may be made in her name to St. Francis Children Medical Center.
