Suzanne Jean (McDonald) Bayer

Suzanne Jean Bayer, 59 of Streator passed away Monday (December 12, 2022) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Following cremation graveside services will be held Wednesday (Dec. 28^th) at 12noon at the Riverview Cemetery.

Suzanne was born on June 18, 1963, in Streator to Charles and Dorothy (Leslie) McDonald.  She married Bernard N. Bayer on August 7, 1997.  He preceded her in death on November 11, 2020.

Surviving are children, Susan Clark of Kentucky, Michael McDonald of Dana, Jennifer McDonald of Ohio, Jamie McDonald of Dan and Benny McDonald of Dana, and several grandchildren, siblings, Walter (Cheri) McDonald of Pontiac, Vicki Zirkelbach of Streator, Pamela Jane Richards of Pontiac, Dorothy Burkett of Streator, Stephen (Nancy) McDonald of Pontiac, Gary (Esterlinda) McDonald of Pontiac, Rosemary Schall of Streator, and Peggy (John) Flynn of Streator.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Bernard.

Suzanne attended Streator grade schools.  She was formerly employed at Clover Technology in Ottawa, Pet Smart, Cookie Kingdom in Oglesby.  Suzanne attended the Latter Days Saints in Ottawa.

The Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
