Vera Rose Parks

Vera Rose Parks, infant daughter of Blake Miller and Melissa Parks passed away at birth on April 27, 2021 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Ottawa.

Private family services will be held Friday at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.

Vera is survived by her parents, Blake Miller and Melissa Parks, siblings, Taylani Darnell, Nicholas Chambers, Kaleb, Madelynn and Brayleigh Parks, maternal grandparents, Kathy Parks of Streator, Clarence Parks of Peru, paternal grandmother Laurie Miller of Ottawa, maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Horton, uncle Ryan (Heidi) Miller of Utica, aunt Monica (Chad) Hopkins of Streator and many other aunts, uncles and cousin.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Rodney Miller, paternal great-grandmother, Edith Datti, maternal great-grandfather Ralph Horton, maternal great-grandparents, Clarence and Dorothy Parks, uncle, Michael Parks, great-aunt, JoAnn Minkler and cousins Michael and Michelle Minkler and Derek Parks and her mothers best friend Tiffany Anderson.
