Walter J. Kivisto, 70, of Streator passed away Nov. 16th, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday from 1-2PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 2PM at the funeral home.
Walter was born on December 16, 1942 in Minneapolis, MN to Whilo and Esther (Bojie) Kivisto.
Surviving is twin brother, Wallace Kivisto of Aurora, brothers, William Kivisto of Naperville and Darrell Matthews of Minnesota, nephews, Troy Kivisto of Elmhurst, and Todd (Grace) Kivisto of North Henderson, IL and life partner Bonnie Finney of Streator.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Walter retired from U.S. Cold Storage in Minooka.
